MEDIUM: Acrylic paint and paint markers
MY INSPIRATION: My Aunt makes abstract paintings like that when I was at my cottage; it just really inspired me and I just wanted to show her I could do it. I was also inspired by the work of Alyson Borycki, I usually do animals but wanted to try something new. The colours are my favourite part, I wanted to use bright colours so they would pop out (I like when they pop out!)
MY FAVOURITE PART OF CREATING: I like doing art because sometimes when I’m sad it makes me feel better, when I start drawing or something, things from my head just go out and onto the canvas. If I have no idea what to do, I usually look at the things around me and my space and find inspiration – its really good when you have a big imagination, you can just use what you have in your head and put it onto paper.
