I’m an abstract landscape artist working in acrylic, cold wax and oil. I currently live in Markham, Ontario, with my two teenage sons and a rescued Boston/Pug. I’m an OCADU graduate and an accomplished Pastry Chef, and my two favourite tools for painting are my pastry palette knife and my plastic bowl scraper, bringing all my creative worlds together.
Tapestry Of Florals.
I explore the abstract blossoming form built from layered strokes of vivid colours.
Each piece unfolds like a hand-stitched bloom, its petals marked with rhythmic patterns that echo embroidery and woven texture. Set against shifting backgrounds that form a steady luminosity. Together, they reflect a meditation on renewal, tenderness, and the small, quiet growth that weaves through each piece.
