I am a Toronto-based mixed media artist, educator, and mother whose work explores healing, belonging, and personal transformation. Working with paint, textiles, stitching, and collage, I create layered compositions that hold both vulnerability and resilience, with a focus on process, texture, and emotional depth.
Art has long been a grounding force in my life - a way to navigate experience, build emotional clarity, and deepen connection to self and community. My practice often reflects themes related to mental health, identity, and the quiet stories we carry.
Alongside my studio work, I facilitate creative wellness experiences rooted in mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and accessible art-making. This includes Art for Grief, a dedicated offering that supports individuals and groups through grief, loss, and emotional healing using process-based creative tools. These sessions complement therapeutic support and centre on presence, grounding, and gentle expression.
My practice continues to evolve through curiosity, reflection, and a commitment to creating spaces that nurture both creativity and well-being. In September 2026, I will begin formal studies in psychotherapy, with the intention of thoughtfully integrating therapeutic training with my art practice in the years ahead.
My pronouns are she/they.
