The In Pursuit Series are studies of goldfinch birds that metaphorical represent human interactions and traditional roles of men and women. The placement of the canvases are boxed scenes that create tension and focus of each bird’s actions and behavior. The pieces speak of lust, attraction and theatrics of the lure.
