Purchases Made Through Our Website
For larger works, you may indicate at checkout if shipping is required. A member of our team will contact you within 1–2 business days to arrange shipping. Please note that shipping costs are not included in the purchase price. A separate shipping quote will be provided for your approval and must be paid via e-transfer or by phone prior to dispatch.

Purchases Made via Email or Instagram
If you require shipping, please let us know at the time of purchase. A shipping quote will be issued and, once approved, added to your invoice. Payment can be made by e-transfer or over the phone.

• If you require specific shipping arrangements, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
• While we aim to package and ship work within 5 business days of receiving payment, shipping timelines cannot be guaranteed.
• For international orders, additional costs such as duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• We take great care in packaging all artwork securely using cardboard, protective foam, bubble wrap, and air cushions to ensure safe arrival.
