COVID POLICIES

As a small business one of our biggest challenges has been managing the situation around Covid-19 and the rapid changes to health and safety. Because we are a lean small business we are following the guidelines from the city and health care professionals as best we can and implementing the following rules to ensure our staff and patrons to Blue Crow are protected.
Visiting the Gallery
All customers/students/staff entering our facility are encouraged to wear a mask.
If you would like a mask, but forgot one we provide some at the front of our store along with hand sanitizer.
If you are showing any signs of Covid-19 symptoms we ask that you stay home. If you are unsure if you should visit us or not, use this Covid Screening to check.
At this time you are not required to show proof of vaccination to enter the gallery or attend any program/workshop.
Our staff are fully vaccinated!
Programs/Workshops
Students attending any programming/workshops in the studio must agree to our Covid-19 waiver that will be emailed or available upon registering online.
Masks are encouraged to be worn, but not mandatory.
We ask that you wash or sanitize your hands prior to class starting.
If you are experiencing symptoms please do not attend class. You can screen yourself here before arrival.
If a student is showing visible signs of Covid-19 we will call the parent/guardian to pick the student up, or ask that you head home to rest.
Due to the nature of the business, we cannot provide refunds if a student is sick.
In the event the Province shuts down and we are forced to cancel classes, you will be given a full refund for the class.
We understand that individuals have the right to make their own choices on this matter, but by entering our gallery you are agreeing to follow our terms, please be kind!
